Return Policy

BarleyDistributor.com is an independent distributor of Hallelujah Acres products including BarleyMax.  It is the policy of Hallelujah Acres and BarleyDistributor.com that any returned products must be received by Hallelujah Acres within 30 days of purchase. Please follow these instructions to return product. NO RETURNS RECEIVED BY HALLELUJAH ACRES AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Basic Return Policy
Customers may return supplements (unopened), books (original condition), CDs and DVDs (unopened), small appliances and accessories (new condition) in original packaging to Hallelujah Acres. Please click to see our Full Refund Policy and Partial Refund Policy below.

Refund Credit Processing
Credit for returns is usually processed within 30 days from the date merchandise is received. Credit will be given back to the original credit card used for the purchase. 

Packing and Shipping Your Return

  • Contact Hallelujah Acres Customer Service (1-800-915-9355) for Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  
  • Email RMA number to sales@barleydistributor.com 
  • Item(s) returned must include invoice copy.
  • Please use original package for return when possible.
  • Please record RMA # and customer account # on outside of box(s).
  • Returns must be received within 10 business day after RMA number is issued.
  • Hallelujah Acres reserves the right to refuse Return(s) not packaged per the Packing and Shipping your Return section.
  • Number boxes if more than one box is shipped.
  • After BarleyDistributor.com receives credit from Hallelujah Acres for your returned product, we will refund your credit card through PayPal.
  • All returned product must be shipped at your expense and we do not reimburse shipping charges.
  • BarleyDistributor.com is not liable for prices, offers or discounts printed in error.

Full Refund Policy

Retail customers may return supplements (unopened), books (original condition), CDs and DVDs (unopened), small appliances and accessories (new condition) in original packaging to Hallelujah Acres within 30 days of delivery date for full purchase price.

Book(s) showing obvious signs of use (50% of purchase price). Book(s) showing obvious signs of use (25% of purchase price).
CDs and DVDs (removed from plastic wrap) (25% of purchase price). CDs and DVDs (removed from plastic wrap) (10% of purchase price).
Opened supplements (up to 50% of purchase price) Opened supplements (up to 25% of purchase price)
Non-Opened media item(s) or non-media item(s) (80% of purchase price). Non-opened media item(s) or non-media item(s) (40% of purchase price).
